I was excited to go to Dr Maria as my first VA doctor after retirement. She was good as Dr but terrible at managing her staff. They ignored the paper work they were supposed to submit as a community Dr in VA so myself and others fell out of the system. I went for 8 months and stood in front of the admin secretary (who doesn't answer the phone or return vm's) who 'promised" they did everything. I tried to talk to Dr Maria and NEVER was allowed.
