Absolutely unparalleled care for my children, we could not be happier with Dr Ona and her staff. So thankful for this practice.
Most ridiculous doctors office in franklin ! Appt times are just random numbers thrown around because you will be in here for 2 hours sick or well appt ! Disgraceful
Dr. Ona is a great doctor! My kids eardrum was burst and draining and had an awful smell! Called Mrs Ona n she put him on antibiotics over the weekend! So thankful we have her! However one of the staff members can never get there act together and is unprofessional especially when it comes to appointments! If it wasn’t for Dr Ona I wouldn’t come back!
Absolutely unprofessional. Rude comments made by staff about my son whenever he's seen. They don't answer phones ever.....do not take your kids here.
