If I could give them 0, I would. They don't answer phones, they don't return calls, reschedule you at a later date because the doc isn't in when your original apt is, and they surely don't tell you until you're at the appointment that your insurance isn't covered

A + The point of Seen a Doctor Is to be able to resolve your health problems & let me tell you she got 🙏 I'm so Happy with the Dr. I personally take the time to tell my friends to go there.

Good doctor but it’s so difficult to get an appointment. She will literally have you on hold for ever and she doesn’t call back with test results. Omg i can’t believe this. This is ridiculous and every time u leave a voicemail. They never call back

She’s a good doctor but the girl at the front desk has horrible customer service. She has a bad attitude and isn’t friendly or attentive to patients. She never answers the phone and its difficult to make appointments. The girl who takes your weight also isn’t friendly and doesn’t make you feel comfortable. They both act like they don’t want to be there and don’t treat patients good.
