Always here a hour plus waiting . Had an appointment for 11 didn’t get seen until 12:10 while appointments booked after mine were in and out . Will definitely be switching as they put Medicaid patients last and silver spoon fed kids first .

EVERY time my kids have an appointment we wait 40+ minutes. I love Jacinta & Lily but the waiting is unbelievable. If my appointment is at 9:20 I shouldn’t still be waiting at 10oclock to be seen. It’s absolutely ridiculous. & it’s so sad because Dr. Lily listens and helps me with my autistic son but the waiting is outrageous. It’s not just once in awhile it’s EVERY APPT.

100% recommend them they are very good they are very careful and gentle with babies and try to comfort them as much as they can when they are getting shots

I never can get my kids seen when they are sick. Everytime my kids are sick, I have to end up taking them to the hospital because they can't set up an appointment. I don't feel like they care. My child had caught strep throat and I took her to the hospital, tried to set up a follow up and I was told they can't make an appointment for a follow up and was told to follow up with the hospital! Makes no sense! This is an on going situation with them. I will definitely be finding a different doctor for all 4 of our kids.
