This visit was terrible! Time management & apparently over booking. Called for an available appointment. Was told to arrive @ 3:15; sit in the lobby until 3:45.(with the oh I’m sorry) went to the exam room, played musical rooms (killing time) let’s just say it’s 4:26 and we are still sitting waiting to be seen…. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our first visit was great. Listened and addressed our concerns They made sure my husband had his medication refilled.
DR Susan and all her staff are incredible compassion people. I love that they call me by my first name. I mean they know you when you walk in the door. They have saved my life when not even Duke knew what to do for me. She is best.
Dr Maria Leu so so DRY and uncaring, I'll take my husband elsewhere
