Dr Stunkel is great, but this office has a horrible "practice manager". We've waited 6 months to get this visit for my daughter, but we were refused to be seen due to "exceeding grace period". We were checked in 20 minutes behind since there was limited parking in the garage trying to find a spot. The receptionist said there was only a 15 minute grace period, I explained the issue and she got this "practice manager" to come explain grace period. I was in a car accident in July that I received a brain injury that left me with double vision. I know dr. Stunkel is a pediatric ophthalmologist but also treats adults with strabismus. I was referred to her by my ophthalmologist and they squeezed me in the next day. She recommended that I receive strabismus surgery on my left “lazy” eye.
