I am dropping her as my doctor because she basically ignored 2 of my phone visits by using a phone that she knows goes straight to voice mail...it does not let my phone ring. She is aware of this, and that is what upset me, and I have dropped her. She really doesn't care!
I was so impressed with dr. Agustin. Had a phone appt. This was my 1st time with her. She took the time to review my chart, went over my drug list for any drug that might cause kidney decline, ordered a complete array of labs ( much more thorough than my primary looking for kidney fu ction &possible causes of decline, referred me to a nephrologist ( i got called for appt. That day & scheduled next day). She addressed my concerns and was very kind & polite.
Horrible doctor. Beware
