Dr. Tsui is very professional and competent. Her office staff is friendly. Every visit I have had has always been on time. I highly recommend Dr. Tsui.
My mother seemed to appreciate this doctor when she was treating my mom for a broken toe. That said, I was dismayed to see that the doctor or her office submitted a bill to Medicare for an in-home visit on a date that was 20 days after my mother had passed. Fortunately, the claim was denied. I called the doctor's office today to ask why they billed for an in-home visit after my mother was deceased; I was put on hold and then disconnected.
