Dr Bernabe is great dermatologist . But the staff and other medical professionals are not flexible and care for patients who there for years . Experience 2 - 3 times in couple yrs . I had appointment today with Dr Bernabe and drove 1 hr , when I came staff say they called me couple days back to cancel but I had reminder yesterday to come today . Avoid Dr. Maria Joyce Rowena BERNABE. I doubt that she is educated and trained in the US. Her communication and patient interface skills are poor/lacking. She explains nothing and rushes through the service. I came in with a skin growth and a acne blemish. She has this odd habit of marking everything with permanent blue marker. She rubbed her gloves on the blue marker and smeared it accross my face and eyelid; and said nothing about it. Absolutely Not . My mother was rescheduled three times, took three months to finally see this “doctor”. She waited an hour and half in the car to be seen, goes in and this strange personality of a doctor comes in - asks her date of birth, to spell her name and then says, okay so you’ll have to come back in two months because I’m too busy today……my mother questioned her because there was no one out in the parking lot, no one in the waiting room and all the rooms were open in the hallway walking up, she once again said she was... read more
