I had been going to Dr. Jancevski for a few years but moved to West Michigan. After seeing an Opthalmologist in Holland I went to Dr. J for a second opinion. I am really glad I did. Had cataract surgery done on right eye 2/2020 and was delayed on left eye till 6/29/20 due to Covid delays. Everything went perfect. There was a minor issue with my right eye that was found on the 1 day followup that was fixed with some addtnl drops. The doctor was professional, kind, listened to me describe my eye problem that I was experiencing.
She was excellent. She comforted by kids who were seeing an her for the first time.
She cured me from going blind! I was losing my vision, over a period of about 3 weeks and virtually blind. After thorough exams and tests that found no reason for my loss of vision. She quietly researched and ultimately discovered a link to one of my medications, that I had been taking for years. I got off of the medications and my vision returned as quickly as it had disappeared. I am not sure another doctor would have discovered the cause. she is very thorough in her exams and gives results so you can understand them and very down to earth she is a very good doctor And i trust her completely.
This Dr. charges $216.79 for an eye exam. Based on the 'common, garden variety' eye exam and glass prescription errors the exceptionally high charge can't be justified. Anytime an eye specialist asks "how good do you want to see" get up and leave.
One of the most thorough professionals I have ever dealt with. Efficient, responsive, courteous and always takes care to explain.
