My wife and I have been under maria care for years and both feel she is the best doctor we have ever had. Reasonable, good communicator, and respectful and supportive with our health choices.
My first visit I was with my husband and I was told I had 1 min. To tell her what I needed. I told her my main concern and then my secondary and she then ignored my main concern. Told me to make another appointment to come back. When I did she refused to get records from previous doctors to continue treatment but referred me to other specialist that she referred to as "her friend's ". I have not been back and will never wish her care on anyone!
I could not be more thrilled with the care my grandmother receives with Mia. Clinically, her skills are phenomenal and she has caught many things other providers have missed. Mia is honest and direct. Some individuals may not care for this approach, however as a fellow healthcare professional I greatly appreciate and value her ability to be upfront, yet understanding. Phenomenal practitioner.
