My wife and I were buying a condo from out of town. Maria was extremely knowledgeable about the market in Nashville. We give her an A+ for communication, organization and helpfulness starting with our initial phone call to visiting properties to negotiating the offer, the inspection, and the closing. She was thorough, prompt, and helped make the process very smooth. She even saved us several thousand dollars off the purchase price when we were ready to pay more just to go ahead and get the deal done.
Maria truly went above and beyond when my husband and I were selling his late mother’s home. As we had limited real estate experience, Maria held our hands through the process and expertly navigated every situation that arose. We had the utmost confidence that we were in the best of hands and we could not be more thankful to have had her representing us. In April 2025, my parents in their 90s asked me to take charge of selling their home in the Whetstone neighborhood of Brentwood.
