Maria was excellent to work with. She made the process so smooth for my husband and I. She was so knowledgeable about the details of buying a home and gave us great advice throughout as first time homebuyers. We would recommend her to ANYONE and if we ever move again we will definitely be calling her for help!

We give her an A+ for communication, organization and helpfulness starting with our initial phone call to visiting properties to negotiating the offer, the inspection, and the closing. She was thorough, prompt, and helped make the process very smooth. She even saved us several thousand dollars off the purchase price when we were ready to pay more just to go ahead and get the deal done.
Maria truly went above and beyond when my husband and I were selling his late mother’s home.
