Update 7/31/26: I changed my rating from 1 to 3 due to the response by the staff to my concerns. The day following the encounter, I received a call from the Practice Mgr to apologize and she advised that the team was able to find a way to bypass the system and avoid future such concerns. The Head Doctor also shared that the team met to discuss how they can focus on better supporting families. I love Dr. Beckman! She is always so patient and thorough with us!
Dr Molly is the most caring, patient and calm Dr to all three of my children. She goes above and beyond with her listening skills and never makes us feel rushed when we ask questions or want clarity on something we don’t understand. I recently moved and will continue to bring my kids to her even if I have to drive further. She just makes that much of an impact on my kids physical AND mental health. Your office is better because of her.
This provider refused treatment to my Afro American special needs son (background mentioned in case it could be relevant) after I declined to complete a questionnaire for his appt. I spent nearly an hour completing the questionnaire at home only for the system to fail at the end of the process.
