My child has been a patient at this facility since he was a toddler, and I have always valued the quality of care provided by the doctors. Rude, Unresponsive, and inefficient staff. Take your kid somewhere else please.
Cancels appointment without notice until day off. Over booking their schedules like an airline.
Made an appointment online and was told to expect an email regarding updates to my appointment. No emails or updates whatsoever for two week until the day of the appointment, then they call to cancel the appointment with less than 4 hours' notice as their staff didnt do their job in time. Despite signing the release waivers, they never pulled my son's medical records to have ready in time for the appointment. Instead attempting to collect the needed records they cancel the appointment.
