We loved little oaks. Unfortunately after Dr. Ozturk left it has gone downhill very quickly. Slow documentary response. No accountability from staff. The People are nice, but if you’re not following the niceness with doing what is asked or even responding it kinda defeats the purpose. We will be transferring to another practice asap.
We have gone here for 11 years. It used to be small, personal, caring, husband and wife pediatric care. I chose them because of this before my daughter was born. We live an hour away and I felt the ride was worth it for the quality of care. This is no longer the case. I made an appointment online for my son who has been having severe GI issues that I knew would need a referral. I called and left a message to confirm the appointment. I called Little Pediatric Oaks on Friday morning to report a concerning respiratory situation involving my daughter, who has a special condition (Level 3 autism). I clearly explained her symptoms and was told that a message would be sent to the doctor, who was with another patient at the time, and that I would receive a call back later that same day. Dr. Rruda Shah is very kind and patient. She explains things well and answers any questions you have. Also very gentle with your littles!
Dr. Guerra at Little Oaks Pediatrics is amazing. My kids love seeing her, she makes them feel comfortable, engaged and loved. If you are looking for a pediatrician that will feel like family while giving you the best treatment, she's the one. I highly recommend her and all of the staff at LOP. The nurses are caring and loving as well.
