On time for my appointment. Waited 1/2 hr. to be called. One of the ladies at the front desk was more interested in collecting a $20 copay from an elderly gentleman. He did not have money on him.Kept him waiting until a relative made the payment over the phone.The poor man looked so embarrassed. I even volunteered to take care of this matter. Dr.Diaz only gave me 5 minutes of her $$$$$ time.
I love Dr. Cardona! She is diligent and thorough and has great communication and bedside manner. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and efficient!
Have always loved this office....and Dr's...
