I just can't say enough positive things about the office and the level of care. Doctor Fain is absolutely caring, takes your matter serious and personal, definitely goes above and beyond and makes sure she knows the problem and tries to find solution. Irina the manager is absolutely amazing, so caring, considered, just so eager to help that I do not know if these type of human exist on Earth. She is truly a gem! Dr. Fain has been my PCP for 18 years. I hope that helps solidify for you that she is one of the best in the valley.
We are truly fortunate to have this doctor for our 5-year old son. We fell like she is part of our family - always caring, always following up, always available in case of emergencies. On several occasions she came back to her office to see our son after-hours. Highly, highly recommend. We are raising our second child and I can't think of a better doctor than Dr. Fain-Karpus.

Most of the time, doctor is not there. She can only return calls at night. Staff gets annoyed when you call and when you ask too many questions. I have been through several doctors and clinics for me to know that there is a very big difference. My previous doctors were on point about emailing me or giving me calls about results. I have gone to Torrance Clinics, Columbia Pediatrics, Kaiser, UCLA etc.. And the receptionists and nurses at other clinics were always willing to help.
