I made an appointment because I needed to ask Dr Desai questions about my care. Instead of showing to the video appointment, Dr Desai called me and insisted on making it a phone appointment. Three minutes into the call, the call became very garbled and I could not understand what was being said. The call dropped. Dr. Anthony Duk is an exceptional psychiatrist. From the moment my mother and I met Dr. Duk, we could tell he truly cares about his patients. My mother is extremely sensitive and felt comfortable with Dr. Duk. He creates a safe and non-judgmental environment. I appreciate his ability to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. Although I can offer no concrete evidence to prove this, it is my personal opinion, based on my multiple interactions with FADY BOULES, PMHNP-BC, over several months,that this practice discriminated against me on the basis of age and probably gender-identity, as well; profiled me as nothing more than a drug-seeking imposter before I ever entered their office, despite me only considering the medications in question as a last resort; demonstrated no interest in the state of my mental health, my associated quality of life, nor ... read more
