Horrible service asked for a quote since Wednesday morning its now Friday and still no quote! Have called multiple times and I just keep getting the run around! Have given my email twice and haven't even been able to speak with an agent!
Very good attentive staff. Answered my questions, hVe awesome customer service. Busy office too, which is good, it means people continue to come when they are treated good, and receive good information about insurance coverage! I'm happy with my farmers agent and insuraNce.
