She is a very thorough doctor who genuinely cares for her patients and is sure to answer any questions you may have.

We have been a patient for over 15 years. He's a caring man. We drive over 2 hrs to see him,and it's worth it.
Dr. George has been my doctor for multiple years. He’s always caring, compassionate, and will really listen. I had an insurance change that made me change to a horrible doctor, but thankfully after a horrific experience, I was able to go back to Dr. George. It’s so nice to know you’re not just a number, and that your doctor truly cares.
I was in/out of the hospital for months which caused me to cancel or postpone several appointments. The doctor was receiving all of the files from the hospital and was aware I almost died. Yet, when I had another very important appointment with her, I received a call from a nurse that she dropped me as a patient for not seeing her in so long. I was literally in the hospital, septic, with a PICC line and she still dropped me. And made a poor nurse tell me.
I have recently become a patient of Dr. O'Carroll. His staff is very friendly and eager to help you with your concerns. Dr. O'Carroll met with me and took his time to listen. His clinical approach included labs and tests before he made a diagnosis. He then discussed thoroughly the possible treatments and prognosis. I have faith that I am receiving the best care at this office and would not hesitate to recommend him.
I am trying to get an appt for my mother who has dementia. I have called three times and was told in not a nice sort of way that I could not make an appt because I had to have a referral and latest labs sent first. I have asked her PCP to do this three times without getting any response from O’Carroll’s office. I am really surprised that Dr. O’Carroll does not read these reviews and make changes to his office procedures and staff. I am done trying to get an appt and am going to find another neurologist.
Aside from her being rude and snarky with me during the appointment her care aft the appointment is abysmal. I have seizures. She put in the prescription for the medication which then required a prior authorization. After 2 weeks of waiting I call the office and they said they are waiting for response from the insurance. I spoke to three customer service representatives at my insurance company plus I could see on my insurance app that absolutely no prior authorization had ever been submitted. I was dealing with a major heart issue for the last 4 months that put me in the ER 4 different times. I read the reviews and figured he’d be good, however I quickly realized he is awful and does not care about his patients. I paid $1000 to get an echocardiogram because they told me it was very urgent. I was told I would hear results the next day.
