Muy buena Doctora, me gusta porque te pone mucha atencion y se preocupa por sus pacientes.. Si,se tarda mas de lo debido, pero es muy buena y vale la pena esperar y ser paciente, … Ella nunca va apurar al paciente porque tiene gente en la sala, ella primero es escuchar al paciente y asi lo hace con todos.. Eso es lo que me gusta .. y ni modo si tengo que esperar voy a esperar…La clinica siempre esta muy limpia… todo el personal que atienden son muy amables, incluyendo la de laboratorio .. 100% lo recomiendo .

They take forever to answer the phone. On one occasion I called and was on hold so I drove to the office while still on hold, I walked up to the window and the front desk lady opens the window and asks how she can help, I showed her my phone and then pointed to her phone and said you could pick up my call so I don’t have to drive here…. Had labs done and they still refused to give me my BP meds because they want more labs

Have been waiting in exam room for an hour and waited 40 minutes to be called back. Still havenot seen a doctor. Not acceptable at all

First of all they didn't schedule my tests as they stated. Then they screwed up my referral orders. Called them for over an hour the day of my appointment and they didn't answer. When they finally answer they don't fax a corrected copy of the referral to the imaging office. I had to drive to their office to pick it up. Nurse was very rude saying" pos que quiere que haga. Es lo que puso la doctora" You could have faxed it over as you stated you would! They just lost a patient! Would have rated them with no stars if it was pos... read more

I swear that they never answer their phone. If you leave a message you can expect a call back a week later and close to midnight. I have sent out multiple forms needing signatures for authorization and it takes weeks. I have patients pending medications for chronic diagnosis and in severe pain pleading for refills. I do NOT recommend for a Primary Physician
