Dr Bayang is a good MD, so is Dr Longi, but the office staff is horrible! For the past year the providers here have referred my child to specialists but the staff always gives excuses as to why they haven't gotten referrals processed. It has been over 2 months this time and I have placed several calls to the office and still have not received the referrals, only more excuses! Dr Bayang is an incredible pediatrician!!! Her bedside manners are excellent and my boys love to see her in the office. She’s always available for questions and she pays close attention to details. I recommend her for anyone looking for a phenomenon pediatrician
So far, the main problem is with whomever answers phone & how we are kept on hold, sometimes transferred to leave messages, no one seems to receive & all this only to check if a prescription from was finally sent to pharmacy for my 3 wk. old daughter. I sincerely am repenting coming to this practice & medical group.
