Dr. Chen is consistently disrespectful to patients and their parents/guardians. She rattles off a list of what to expect at this stage and age at well child visits & makes zero attempt to know the child. Because of her lack of interest in her patients she misses developmental issues and illnesses. When booking a sick appointment she is routinely 45-90 minutes late and will never apologize. During sick appointments she does not address the history of the child's health or concerns of the parent.
Doctor who knows nothing about autism. Because of her, my child was diagnosed with ASD much later and we lost over 6 months!
