She is the best doctor I’ve had. I’m writing this review because I don’t think the other reviewers who gave one star are necessarily fair or accurate. A poor experience (particularly with office staff) and a poorly trained and/or rude doctor are inherently different. I’m sure everyone here has taken a little longer to fill out forms or whatever the case may be—this isn’t the movies, folks. I was so disappointed. I scheduled a visit with Dr. Chavez and after getting registered and vitals taken, the doctor tells me that she will longer be at that office and that she is not taking any new patients. She said did anyone call you and tell you this, who was your primary doctor, you should go back with him. I expected so much from her since i had heard so many good things about her but she fails at professionalism and having the care to speak to people.
