Last July while on vacation, I became seriously ill and rushed to Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center. They did basic studies. I asked them to give me a stool, since my problem had strong stomach symptoms, and they said that it was not necessary. In the end they told me I had nothing and sent me home with no diagnosis or treatment, and a $4,000 bill. On July 20, 2023, I met Dr Prestera and received a comprehensive eye exam and consultation and was scheduled for surgery for both eyes on separate days that included enhanced vision implants. I experienced no pain and the procedure lasted less than 15 minutes for each eye. As I write this review on August 24th, I am seeing 20-20 in both eyes and as clear as I was at 20 years old! My granny was admitted into Sharp Grossmont a few weeks ago. Normally the visits are short and quick. This visit didn’t go so well and still hasn’t. Dr. Raed Al-Naser, MD refused to come to the ICU when asked. He instead instructed the nursing staff to tell my granny’s family (us) , there was nothing else that could be done. would never recommend Dr. Elsheik. It is so hard to be reach someone there by phone. He was completely unempathetic toward me when I mentioned his staff Romaine was rude to me twice. Also, he sets his office up so that many times, nobody is available during office hours to answer a call and they don’t call you back for hours even when you have left a message that you are in dire pain. I let him know about this and he said he doesn’t agree with me and is not going to change anything or say anything to Romaine. I wish I was ... read more

Yesterday, Sunday April 23rd, at or about 10:45 am. I took my son who was suffering severe anxiety to the emergency room, Sharp Grossmont Hospital. I met the worst inconsiderate individuals at both receiving desks and the security inside the unit. My visit to Sharp Grossmont emergency room, reminded me with the lack of customer service received at the DMV 20 years ago. Sadly, 20 years later the DMV has improved, and Sharp has digressed.

The Sharp Rees Stealey provider I've been going to for 13 years lectured me about my decision to not be vaccinated for Covid and documented the interaction in my chart. Later I went to another provider when I couldn't get an appointment with her. Apparently he read her documentation regarding my Covid vaccination refusal. He was dismissive of my physical complaint and reluctantly treated me then invited me to find another provider. I won't be returning to Sharp Healthcare.

They charged us over $1600 to do all the work. Everything that they did has all failed. The latest was the exhaust. Some of the things that they charged us for they didn't even fix. The day after they worked on the car, we took it out of town and it broke down. We had to have it towed to a garage to be fixed. The service work that they did there was on the same stuff that LCS fixed. My recommendation off of my experience is that I would not take a car to them. Good luck if you do.

Prior to getting ANY surgery from Chadha or any other provider, I recommend visiting www. Mbc.ca.gov. You will discover this is a surgeon who is ON PROBATION FOR NEGLECT AND being INCOMPETENT towards a patient. I RECOMMEND ANY PATIENT NEEDING urgent care at SHARP to review this Dr.s history on the website and come to an informed decision regarding their care after reading unbiased facts.
