Dr. Buitrago herself is great, her front office staff, however, turned me off so much with their disorganization and rudeness on the phone that I scheduled my surgery with a completely different doctor and facility.
I have very weak legs due to polio and the waiting room furniture is not suitable for people with leg or foot problems as the "couches" are very low with no arm rests. I observed a patent with a broken foot struggle using two crutches to get up when he was called to a treatment room. No one offered to assist him, they watched him painfully get up from the couch. No one offered to help me either. The compounding pharmacy they use sent me someone else's prescription from a different doctor.
