Let me start off by saying, I love University Plaza Peds. I do however have a problem with Doctor Bournias. She rushes through check ups, and doesn't take the time to really listen to the parents concern. She is very rude and judgmental. After seeing her and being told "nothing was wrong", I took my child to the ER for a second opinion and it was so serious it lead to a two week hospital stay. She also Needs to learn about the benefits of breast feeding (and extended breast feeding)
She is amazing . She is patient , a good listener and very attentive to the needs of my children. As a Nurse myself I highly recommend her.
She's amazing ! Always super friendly and explain's everything very well, shes a playful doctor so my 3 year old and 8 year old feel comfortable around her. She caring and approachable which are wonderful qualities. I recommend her to my friends looking for a great ped.
Very informative. Talks too fast during check ups, doesn't wait for you to ask questions. Comes off as very judgmental. No educated properly on breastfeeding.
