Maria is both kind and competent, attributes which are important in a realtor. She knows her community and can suggest contractors who will get the job done in a timely manner and at a fair price. She researched the prices of homes and cottages sold near me and was able to suggest a price appropriate to a quick sale, which is what I requested.
