Made an appointment for my son with Aleno office after switching to her from dr Neil, and I was told I wasn’t their patient and then transferred over to dr Neil and made an appointment with them, showed up and dr Neil’s office said it was with Alenos office, so I went over there and NANCY THE GIRL WITH THE DARK HAIR IN THE FRONT SIDE OF ALENOS OFFICE WAS VERY RUDE TALKING AFULLY ABOUT HER MISTAKE THAT SHE BLAMED ME FOR. She has always done right by my children from the moment they were born to young beautiful adults.
We like Dr. Alino. Going to the doctor is never fun especially for vaccinations or during sickness but I thinks she does a her job at looking at symptoms and has a lot of experience to lean on. Of course its always up to the parents to help describe symptoms your child is experiencing and what’s normal for them. We went in recently for a fever that lasted quite a few days and she diagnosed bronchitis.
