Very disappointed. Got there about 16 minutes early for my son's appointment, checked in and wasn't seen until close to half an hour after his appointment should have started. Then proceeded to barely see anyone at all. We were there a total of 2 hours. That's ridiculous. We didn't even get his fluoride because we were tired of waiting and so we left early and nobody even acknowledged us when we left. We barely got a glance when we told them that we were leaving. Made an appointment for my son with Aleno office after switching to her from dr Neil, and I was told I wasn’t their patient and then transferred over to dr Neil and made an appointment with them, showed up and dr Neil’s office said it was with Alenos office, so I went over there and NANCY THE GIRL WITH THE DARK HAIR IN THE FRONT SIDE OF ALENOS OFFICE WAS VERY RUDE TALKING AFULLY ABOUT HER MISTAKE THAT SHE BLAMED ME FOR.
