On 3/25, I called the office to inform Annie that delta dental said they did the pre-d & the info was available online. I told Annie that the rates were the same as she told me when I was there on 3/23 since they’re ppo. Annie said nothing showed online but to send over the implant info, which I did. I even had my dentist send over the X-ray info via email. I called Annie back & asked if the post & crown could be ordered because I really wanted to move forward with an appt right away.
