Mari payne is a horrible realtor and person not even worth 1 star so many things she has done wrong. In the 3 years that i rented from her i was never late on rent but she didn't care when it came to asking her to fix stuff around the house had mold that was making my kids really sick. When told about it she said it wasn't mold and if its a problem she could just evict use and that would make it easier for both of use.
