Mari represented the sellers of our home. She was slow to provide information, has yet to provide account information for home warranty and consistently ran interference for the sellers hiding serious issues with the house. Also claimed to have hired a cleaning crew to clean the house prior to our moving in and the place was filthy. I would not trust her to hold my coffee much less sell me a house ever again.
Mari helped us buy our home in a very busy market. With her professional recommendations of a mortgage broker, carpet cleaners, movers etc, she made the purchase and move as easy as possible. She was able to answer any questions we had and was super responsive. We look forward to working with her in the future.
We have been living our dream since we moved into our current home and I'm sure it would not have happened with out Mari Kelly. She advised us throughout the entire process with clarity in all communications. There are many real estate agents out there, but I can tell you, there is only one Mari! She is a gem!
