The worst familyDr I ever had never care for the last time I went toser her she got me waiting in the Room with the door closed for1hour and half and the patient that came after me she see her and my appointment was for 3 and I got out of there after 5:00 pm and I have a operation in ok kill hospital the worst hospital and after that operation DR Castillo was supposed to see me and she refused to see me my gynecologist told me to see my primary Dr Castillo for follow up
She is rude and makes her patients wait up to 2 hours in the room and doesn’t even apologize for the long wait why bother getting an appointment when the the wait is horrible
Dr. Castello is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen to you. I never feel rushed. I am so thankful that I found her as my primary care doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr. Castello's for approximately 8 years or so. She is very attentive, caring and actually spends time with and talks to her patients. I am happy I found a good primary care physician after moving to this area. I even bring my mother to see her now for the last couple years. Very happy with this practice. Thank you!
