Don't trust these guys. After giving a verbal offer 5 days ago because the owner was out of town we found out today that they accepted another offer that came in this morning. The reason we were given was that they didnt want to deal with a VA loan, way to treat a veteran and his two young sons that are now going to spend who knows how long before we can get them settled.
