I don’t usually post negative reviews. In this case, I will make an exception, because it may cause this provider to improve things, and will let potential patients know the limitations of the practice. I was looking for a new primary care provider. I called. I waited on hold for a total of over twenty minutes, including one disconnect. The hold message emphasized that they are all about customer service. When the young lady answered, I was told that the practice is not accepting new Medicare patients.

The medical staff is amazing (the doctors, PA's, nurses, phlebotomist) the real issue here is the office. You need to be on top of them so they give you test results, referrals, even appointments. If you call in the afternoon, they'll claim they only have one person at front desk and she does the best she can to answer the phone, (that means, the phone is not answered). Nurse Pierce should be Dr. Pierce. It took me a few weeks to write this because I wasn't but as the pain in my stomach gets more intense. All I can think about is the doctor from my last visit telling me, " your MRI is mostly normal, he can feel a defect in my stomach but, whatever it is it's not going to kill me". My husband told me great things about this place so I gave them a try to figure out what is going wrong in my stomach and I left with that. The doctor was NOT interested in figuring out the problem.
