I have used Naasa twice and it has been a great experience. She has represented us on both sides of the transaction (buying and selling). She used her expertise to provide sound advise when were selling the house and we had multiple offers on the same day. Daniel was great to work with on all fronts. Especially during the challenges we faced a few months into the pandemic. His knowledge of the neighborhood and comparable properties was very helpful, and when it came time to make an offer on my eventual property, we strategized together to make sure our offer was the right one. As a first time homebuyer, I was inexperienced and nervous through the process, but Daniel's confidence and wisdom were able to offset those feelings and land me the house I now call home.
