I have never needed glasses until I got into my 20s. I went to Dr. Z because one of his offices was close to my house. I thought he gave sufficient eye care until I went to Dr. Hagen. Dr. Z is the fast food of eye care and Dr. Hagen is a 5 star restaurant. Her eye glass selection, while smaller, I found more that I liked. My prescription now is the best I have ever had. I appreciate the care and concern of Dr. Hagen and all the members of the staff! We have been very pleased with our exams, follow-ups and the products we have purchased which include frames, lens, contacts and sunglasses. The office is a pleasant place to visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and yet completely professional.
My children are patients of Dr. Hagen, and I wouldnt take them anywhere else. Dr Hagen and her staff are professional, friendly, and caring.
Dr. Hagen & her staff are absolutely WONDERFUL! I have worn corrective lenses since I was 10 years old and now, at age 54, and countless prior doctors, I will NOT go to any one else! Dr. Hagen is not only much more thorough than Ive ever experienced before, but she and staff know the meaning of customer service. My only reservation is what the heck will I do if she should decide to retire?!
Will never go here again. Cannot get them to honor the warranty on my lens. Have called several times and someone will always "get back to me". I have had the glasses for less than 6 months and the protective coating on the lens is PEELING OFF. will not send family members there again.
I have been going to Dr.Hagen for years and cant imagine going anywhere else. Her eye exams are more thorough than any other place Ive ever been. I feel very well taken care of and informed every time I go.
