We love Dr. Margo Deleaver-Russell, but the office’s system is extremely unorganized and causes our family too much stress. From misunderstandings and miscommunication to delays, it’s chaotic and significantly stresses our life. Dr. Margo’s care is amazing and comforting, but it’s always an ordeal to schedule something to address our son’s medical concerns. I used to see Dr.Margo Deleaver-Russell when I was little so I was definitely going to let her see my little one. She is an amazing doctor that's why I put 4. Sadly our appointments kept being canceled we would wait months for an appointment. Just like yesterday I took time off work for my childs physical. The lady at the window said we called you around 4 p.m to tell you your son's doctor won't be in. I'm usually busy with my household around that time so I didn't hear my phone.
