The WORST OFFICE POSSIBLE. FIND A DIFFERENT PEDIATRICIAN!! After seeing a doctor the first week of my son's birth who was more concerned about leaving the office for her vacation, to speaking with a receptionist about a serious health concern a few days after birth and being told "I don't know what to tell you, maybe you should go to the hospital." The office staff at the Trevose office is very rude. I have never experienced anything like it. I never got one nice person on the phone. Wish I could give them no stars.
The staff and doctors who work at Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics are nasty rude unprofessional and unhelpful. Their offices are filthy dirty and unsanitary and they use non-hygenic unsafe unhealthy practices in working with the patients. This is definitely THE WORST PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE IN THE USA!! I highly recommend that you run fast and away from the offices of Margiotti & Kroll pediatrics and use another doctor's office for your child. Any other pediatrician's office is better!! This review pertains to the Trevose location only...... If I could give ZERO stars I would! I called the billing department in Trevose to discuss a bill I received for the 1st time, 5 months late! The office visit was dated 3/2019 and I am receiving my very 1st bill regarding this issue 8/2019. I wanted to know why it took 5 months to get a bill for $4.25?!
