The new management that has taken over is exceptional, any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The work order forms are easily accessible, and are handled in a reasonable amount of time. Management and maintenance are friendly and genuinely care about the apartments and the residents.

Slum Lords for sure. Threatening to file a lease violation, calling me in the morning screaming at me, not investigating or listening to “my side” of the incident. Do not rent here, every single of of the neighbors will stare you down like a hawk and look for any flaws you have and immediately fight to get you removed and all pit against you. I can’t even take my babies outside comfortably, I tiptoe around my apartment because she listens to the neighbors and is extremely biased.

Whatever yo do do not rent from these people. They don't fix ANYTHING even when you've sent multiple work orders, they are hardly ever in the office on scheduled days. They are low life slum lords and will kick you out if they don't like you, or God forbid make too much money and don't give you ANY time to look for a new place. Also if you do try to move into a new place they will give you a bad reference even if you've been the perfect tenant.
