Dr. Burness is terrific!!
RecommendedAlicia and Dr. Burness saw me during the COVID-19 restrictions to help me with an eye irritation that resulted in me not being able to wear my contacts. I had no glasses so she was willing to check me out and give me a prescription for glasses. Based on this experience I think Dr. Burness puts her patients first. She also seems to be a talented, caring and personable physician. Fun too.
I have been going to Dr. Burness for about 8 years. She is wonderful, as is her "right arm, highly qualified assistant, Alecia. They never overbook, so no waiting! She takes all the time you need to answer your questions and explains all the options to her patients. They don't get any better than Dr Burness! All of my friends go to her also, and we all feel the same way.
I have worked with Dr. Burness in the past and she is a patient, caring and qualified physician.

I went there in a pannick, I had a problem with my eye, Alicia the nurse got me in asap. They followed up with me...very nice Dr Burness. Even when she was going away, she recommended another dr while was gone
Dr Burness is an amazing doctor. You never have a wait in her office. They do not overbook! Her office is welcoming, and her receptionist Alicia has been with her since she began her practice. She diagnosed a problem overlooked by two optometrists, and since going to see her, his eye sight has been improved 90% and we couldn't be happier. My wife has switched to Dr. Murness from her previous doctor who would overbook so that people had to wait for over an hour frequently.
