Maintenance usually responds in a timely manner and are very professional and gets the job done. They definitely make Margate a better place to live!
The guys on maintenance crew of margate are the greatest. We had a problem with the sink and the manager Odin was on top of it. We emailed him and he sent a serviceman out asap! It’s the norm when it comes to issues. There the best maintenance crew we can have. Me and my family thank them for there hard work. 197 12a.
I bought a piece of this timeshare sort of property (known as CO-OP.) My fault was that I did not consulted any real-estate agent and that hurt me a lot. Always find a good real estate agent and consult them before buying such piece of garbage. I bought a share (apartment) at an overpriced amount of $95,000 and then had to sell it around $90,000 after realizing that I will not get the real property and will have to pay $945/month as HOA for a 2 bed 1 Bath condo which I don't own but MARGATE CO-OP own it.
