This place deserves no stars they are inconsiderate people that doesn't understand without patients you don't a business the doctor is ok it's the clerk/receptionist that be there. Treat folks how you want to be treat listen to theirs concerns about their child not cut them off in the middle of speaking just to say I heard instead of listening to the whole explanation it's not your job to figure out how much information is enough for you and have a attitude about it.
Worst place ever, after I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment plus they called the day prior to confirm my appointment when I get there they're tell me they're not able to see my son unless I paid out of my pocket after they took the insurance insurance when I called the two prior and they're talking about I should had called my insurance to tell them to switch my doctor while they couldn't told me that when I scheduled the appointment, made me so after I left my work early and took him out of early for the app... read more
I just left the office after scheduling an appointment for both my children over a week ago. They called to tell me to change my pcp yesterday and i did and confirmed with the insurance. When I got to the office the front admin told me they were not showing Dr Aliya as the PCP. She also told me there was nothing she could do and I had to reschedule. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.. The Dr did not talk to my almost 5 month baby at all and my baby was smiling and happy. She ignored the reason I told her I was there and insisted on giving my baby shots when my baby JUST received them less than a month ago. Then she wanted me to sign a form saying I’m refusing vaccinations which I did NOT sign because I wasn’t refusing them. It just wasn’t time for them yet.
