Will not go back. Went there to save some money, that was a mistake. Not happy with my progressives. My glasses had to be sent back because I couldn’t read clearly. Chelsea checked them and Dr. Rosenthal re examined me for free. waited almost 3 weeks this time no call telling me they were ready.. I had to call them their voicemail was full. I just got up and went there in person I was told the glasses were there ready for me to get them. She said she left a message. Not true. I paid a lot of money in cash. Very good customer service and the Dr is excellent. Also they accept a lot insurance. I am strongly recommending this place
DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I called to get a copy of a prescription 14 times with no answer, left 4 voice-mails for something that I already paid for, and asked the owner Chelsea to email it, since I'm disabled and I don't live close, and she hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want respect, do not go here.
Chelsea was really great and help me out with my insurance and just a pleasant experience.... Definitely worth coming here to get glasses or contacts
