The best gym in Broward if you are serious about strength and conditioning. Tons of equipment, space, and an owner who is extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about how to make progress regarding your fitness / strength goals.
During a recent visit, Margate provided an amazing environment and facility to get some strongman training in. Members were all very helpful and friendly (and strong). Great environment for serious strength athletes visiting the area.
