The room is nice and the location is very walkable to the Broadway and other destinations. As soon as I walked in I was bombarded by the concierge desk about going to their office to “win” two free vacations. They told me I had to go to the office to be entered to win for 120 minutes and asked for a $60 deposit. I tried to tell them I wasn’t interested multiple times due to my trip being short and they were extremely persistent about why I should go to their office for the trips. No hospitality whatsoever.
Stayed 4 nights, plan on going back. The hotel was great, the room, the bed, the pool, and the service was wonderful. It was nice having Starbucks on 1st floor, and we were within walking distance to Broadway so only time had to get a Lyft was when we went to the Opry.
