Great location, comfy beds, and nice housekeeping staff. But this is not a 4 star hotel at all! Check in staff (Kassidy) was rude, loud, and made sure everyone felt her energy. There were no valet carts available, so you're responsible to carry your own luggage. Jessica was sweet and helpful. Next, breakfast is only avaliable at the JWB grill, and a child's meal is $16.
