Ranada was an amazing server at the Land Shark! She was knowledgeable about the menu and made dinner so fun!!! She’s an awesome server and the food was great!!!
Keira made our whole trip! She was professional and so kind with dealing with our personal issue. She is the sole reason we will book with this hotel again. The rooms are beautiful, the shops are amazing, the staff is wonderful! I cannot express how thankful and excited we are to stay here. Thank you again, Keira!
Over $300 for one night, booked for the experience but boy were we let down. We arrive to find out we have to pay $20 for parking (in a nearly empty lot) and $20 for a resort fee. Some of the items that are covered in this resort fee? Items that should’ve been covered by our $300 stay. (Ex: coffee in the room and wifi). The outdoor pool was closed, couldn’t even walk in and see it or sit poolside (but it’s included in your resort fee).
