Room was good, nice balcony. Food service staff was terrible and slow. Didn't refill our drinks and was even overcharged at the bar! There are rust stains in the bathtub, and on the balcony, which should t be for a resort that was reno'd in 2023. Very disappointed overall.
Nice smaller hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Lived the pool and beach!
They need to be more transparent about the pet fee on the website. $200!! Pool bar closes at 6 pm during the week, lame!! One of the housing attendants entered our room while we were gone even though we had put up the do not disturb sign to add clean towels. The water in the shower was warm but not completely hot
