Service was very poor tonight. By the time our food arrived it was cold. Server brought us the wrong drinks. Made a comment about my husbands order being like her 5 year olds. Didn’t offer refills until we were ready to leave. No silverware or napkins brought up the table until after we received our food.
RecommendedRecommend Chelsea!! Best server EVER! She met every need we had and was always happy to help & food was amazing as well.
margarita dip, enchiladas, tacos, and pork tamales were good.
Ordered to go and didn't receive full order. Called to get a refund on missing items and told to call back and speak to General manager on another day or offered a free order of queso on next visit. The food was undercooked and cold so will not be returning. Customer service was horrible.

Love Margaritas. We started coming here in 1994. Since then we have had 2 kiddos (22 & 17) that now enjoy visiting weekly with us. Sara waited on us ack in the day and she still works there. I’ve the long term crew at North!

So sad. Called to order tacos since its Taco Tuesday. (like we've done for years) Just to be informed that the buy 1 get 1 free is no longer available for carry out. Wow! so sad. wont be back. which is sad I've been a customer since they came to the northland.
The people bringing the food really need to make an effort to check the cars in the parking lot to see if they have ordered. When the line is too long in front of the building and cars can't pull in, it makes it very hard to park curbside. Waited 25 extra minutes to get my cold food. This is the third time and the last time this has happened.
