Id look elsewhere if you are looking for thorough, timely and comprehensive care. Disorganized records, difficult to schedule, staff is dismissive-they get it from the top. It’s possible they are just too busy. I’ve left so perhaps that will lighten their load and brighten their attitudes.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The office is horrible. They never pick up your phone calls. They never return your phone calls. I got a really disrespectful email when I felt frustrated on no communication from their part and then the nurse called me and instead of apologizing for their horrible system, tells me I should know their phone system doesn’t work well so this isn’t their fault. Efficient, brilliant, and kind. I highly recommend her and her staff.
Dr Johnston is great, but little good can be said if trying to speak to a live person in her office by phone. You can not leave a voice-mail because the system is full and can accept any messages.
