Do not use Michelle Mino from this agency. Michelle Mino is unprofessional and has very poor communication skills. My agent sent an offer and Michelle countered but used the wrong language and my agent and lender reached out 6 days to try and have her fix it. She did not answer emails, phone calls and multiple text messages. Then she responded another offer was accepted suddenly and lied about trying to reach my agents to let them know saying email bounced back but she had their numbers.
